Orders and production

How long until my order ships?
Everything is printed to order, so allow 2–5 business days for your item to be made before it is handed to the carrier. Delivery time is on top of that and depends on the service you picked at checkout.

Why does it take a few days?
Nothing here sits in a warehouse. Your shirt is printed after you order it, which is why we can offer 45 colours and sizes XS to 5XL without throwing unsold stock away.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email lynnsanitydesigns@gmail.com as soon as you can. If it has not gone into production yet we will happily fix the address, size or colour. Once it is printed we cannot change it.

Will I get tracking?
Yes. A confirmation email goes out when you order and a second email with tracking goes out when it ships. If you cannot find either, check your spam folder and then email us.

Shipping

What does shipping cost?
Economy shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend. Standard shipping is a flat $6.90 if you would rather it moved faster.

Where do you ship?
The United States only at the moment, including Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses. If you are outside the US, email us and we will let you know when that changes. Full detail is on our Shipping Policy page.

Sizing

What sizes do you carry?
Apparel runs XS through 5XL depending on the style, and every size is the same price — you are not charged extra for being tall or broad.

How do I pick the right size?
Our designs are printed on classic unisex fits, which sit fairly straight rather than tapered. If you like a roomier fit, or you are between sizes, size up. If you want it fitted, take your usual size.

The easiest way to be sure: lay a t-shirt you already like flat, measure it pit to pit across the chest, then double that number. Compare it with the chart on our Size Guide, or email the number to lynnsanitydesigns@gmail.com and we will tell you which size to order.

Digital downloads

What do I actually receive?
A print-ready PNG design file with a transparent background, delivered by email and download link the moment your payment clears. Nothing is posted to you and there is no shipping charge.

What can I use it on?
Sublimation, DTF, heat transfer vinyl and print-on-demand. The files are supplied at full print resolution.

Can I get a refund on a download?
Digital files cannot be returned once they have been downloaded, because there is no way to give them back. If a file will not open or looks wrong, email us and we will sort it out or replace it.

Can I resell what I make?
You may use the designs on physical items you make and sell. You may not resell, share or redistribute the design file itself.

Returns

What is your returns window?
Thirty days from the day your item arrives. It needs to be unworn and in the condition it reached you, and you will need proof of purchase. Email lynnsanitydesigns@gmail.com to start one and we will send a return label and instructions. Please do not post anything back before asking, as we cannot accept it.

Something arrived damaged or wrong.
Tell us straight away with a photo and we will make it right. That is on us, not you.

How long do refunds take?
Once your return is received and inspected we approve or decline it and let you know. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days, and your bank may take a little longer to show it.

Discounts

Do you have a discount for new customers?
Yes — join our email and SMS list and a welcome code arrives with the first message. Subscribers also get a birthday reward and an offer if it has been a while since you last shopped.

Can I use two codes at once?
One discount code per order.
