Shipping Policy
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses. We are not shipping internationally at this time. If you are outside the US and would like to order, email us and we will let you know when international shipping opens.
Shipping rates
- Economy shipping — free on every order. No minimum spend, no promo code needed.
- Standard shipping — $6.90. A quicker service, available at checkout if you would rather not wait.
How long it takes
Every item is printed to order just for you, so nothing ships straight off a shelf. Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be made, after which it is handed to the carrier. Delivery time on top of that depends on the shipping service you chose at checkout and your distance from our production facility.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin production on the next business day. During busy periods such as Halloween and the winter holidays, production can take a little longer.
Digital downloads
Digital design files are not shipped and carry no shipping charge. Your download is delivered electronically as soon as your payment is confirmed, so there is no production or delivery wait.
Order changes and wrong addresses
Because items go into production quickly, please check your shipping address carefully before paying. If you spot a mistake, email us at lynnsanitydesigns@gmail.com as soon as possible and we will correct it if the order has not yet been printed.
